Of interest, this could be useful for men who want a child on thier own (no surrogates), and the ability to pick and choose in the same way that women can currently use a sperm bank

This would allow all those who oppose abortion to take over those unwanted pregnancies themselves. Instead of an abortion, you have your egg removed, and the pro-life people raise it from there.
