I applied for a courier job a month or so ago. They offered me the job and everything was going well until they said I had to take a drug test. I said I haven't touched pot since 1985 and I don't do other drugs. They said it doesn't matter. I said if you're going to trust me with your vehicles and your customers, why don't you trust me when I say I don't do drugs? They said, sorry it's our policy. I withdrew my application. I'm not interested in working for a company that automatically doesn't trust employees.
