United State just passed 600K deaths to little fanfare by the press. This article claims it's closer to a million.
Don't just read the headline. Read the whole article, I did. It's from a month ago and it's gotten even worse.
Researchers estimate that Covid-19 has claimed the lives of 905,289 people in the United States, which is about 56 percent higher than its official death toll of about 575,000.
In India, researchers estimate more than 654,000 people have died of Covid-19, which is also about three times higher than its official death toll of 221,181.
@barjoe As I point out Joe, very different to the official records but WHO wouldn't want to upset those who pay the wages! Would they?
@FrayedBear WHO goes by official government data that's released. The governments manipulate some data to minimize. Also, people who die at home and never tested positive, those deaths aren't attributed to Covid.
