LINK UnitedHealthcare faces intense backlash for new ER visit policy
Back in 2015, after 2 years with Blue Cross for my Obamacare, United Healthcare offered lowball coverage which saved me almost $200/mo. It was the worst. They nickel and dimed me to death, made me changed all my meds, billed me for stuff Blue Cross paid for. When I had to call customer service, which I had to often, it was a boiler room in Mubai! Friends! Don't get United Healthcare! If your employer provides it for you and you don't have a choice, okay. Otherwise DON'T!
