A big slap in the face to an industry which has completely denied all responsibility for the damage they've done for decades! They should have changed their focus to sustainable energy thirty years ago!

Actually, I think SCOTUS is hoping the litigants run out of money, so the case never makes it to the Supreme Court. They are facilitating a typical defense strategy in trying to outspend the complainants, so the complainants have to drop out due to lack of funds.

The process of cannabis decriminalization and legalization is proceeding at a good pace, both in the US and across the world. This will improve empathy and health and decrease law enforcement criminality.
