But that's the problem... our sissy leaders. If Democrats did Jan 6th, all would be already sitting in jail. It is like having a dog that is no good for protection but just barks.

Um, no. They should be stripped of their law licenses and forbidden to set up practice anywhere else. Some jail time should be in order too.

That is possible with sanctions. Unfortunately this judge hasn't applied that here

Pretty soft sanctions.
Judge N. Reid Neureiter concludes that the lawsuit "was filed in bad faith" and orders the attorneys, Ernest J. Walker and Gary D. Fielder, to pay the opposing lawyers' expenses and fees. The order does not bar them from practicing law.
