In general, I agree with this but this would severely restrict any sort of discussion or debate. Just respond with civility rather than anger and profanity and personal attacks (all of which I've seen here as well as elsewhere on the internet).

Profanity and personal attacks are perfect responses in some cases. Ad hominem is my go to.
