I'm enjoying a few weeks in Northern Italy.
This photo was taken half way up lake Como, looking North. The road over those mountains in the distance goes via the San Bernadino pass, leading to famous Swiss ski resorts like St Moritz.

Glad you can get out and about. Did Italy require a covid test and a vaccination when you came from Spain?

All the EU countries have a unified system for proof of vaccination. Border controls are cursory. Random checks are made on vehicles crossing the borders. Travel by car is very easy and unhindered.

@Petter does the system include proof of vaccination and or test for covid. My swedish friend went home this spring and found differences in country requirements between Denmark and Sweden which meant she had to take another covid test which cost an additional $140.
