I’ve just heard that Maria Mendiola, who was one half of the Spanish duo Baccara - who sang the 70s disco hit “Yes Sir, I Can Boogie” has died at her home in Spain aged 69.
….Maria is the one on the right in the white outfit.

It was a hit in 1977…so that’s 44 years ago not 50+
