Witchcraft isn’t just for Halloween anymore
Halloween's commercialized kitsch and other hocus pocus can be, well, dispiriting.
Except that witchcraft doesn't work any better than other superstitions and religions. I was dating a self-professed witch. Once we were stopped at a light and she sought to use her power to change the red light. Even after three tries, it stayed red. That's just an anecdote, of course, but if any religion worked, it'd be obvious.
