These religious zealots are going to keep pushing it, and when they have indeed sufficiently shrunk in number, some few militant activists will probably string them up in trees. It's a shame they cherry-pick the Constitution the same as they do their bible.

Interesting. We had the same happen in central Miouri a while back and it caused a minor uproar. The problem here is that people seem to think that charter schools are private, when they are just focused public schools paid for by our tax dollar as well as tuition. Nathaniel seem to think that if the children lead the prayer, it would be OK. But the kids were doing so at his direction making it a violation of the First Amendment.
