Pennsylvania GOP gubernatorial candidate Bill McSwain tweeted that the state's voting system is broken after his daughter's mail-in ballot arrived after Election Day. A state election official responded that his daughter attempted to register as a voter in the wrong county.

More Republican cheating! But then our Governor technically voted illegally and was dumb enough to actually talk about it in a radio interview! 
Wasn’t a big deal, he had his wife drop off his mail in ballot at a drop-off box, but under current PA law, that is illegal. The Republicans laughed themselves silly, because a voting bill he vetoed last year actually would have made it legal!
