The jury intimidation argument will be used at the appellate level in an attempt to have the verdict set aside. A racist judge might do that.

Being from the UK, I do not know much if anything about the "case", but that is an informative view of American life and attitudes.

It's always been perceived as so by racists, and there are a lot of them involved in this trial. Maybe they even believe it. Black men are angry, violent, and aggressive by nature, right? I wish the jury had heard it as well.
