Why don’t Pharmacists criticize drugs of dubious effectiveness?
” The pharmaceutical industry] over the past two decades has moved very far from its original high purpose of discovering and producing useful new drugs. Now primarily a marketing machine to sell drugs of dubious benefit, this industry uses its wealth and power to co-opt every institution that might stand in its way, including the U.S. Congress, the FDA, academic medical centers, and the medical profession itself.”

What's insane is how so many of the drugs incorporate fluorine or chlorine. These kinds of compounds are almost unknown in nature, and it's anyones guess as to how the body manages to process them. So basically you have people eating poison on a routine basis.
Probably because most of them work for large corporate pharmacies, such as CVS, Walgreen's, or Rite Aid, and are not allowed to speak out about that. The independent, compounding pharmacists are probably reluctant to call attention to themselves for certain reasons, as some of what they do may be quasi-legal.
One of the benefits we enjoy here in the UK from the National Health Service, whatever its failings, is that at least it stands between the people and forced prescription of drugs for profit. People here are often amazed by just how many drugs wealthier Americans take.
Yes, the consumption of drugs here is completely ridiculous!
@Organist1 Other, with more 'socialistic' governments are able to have more control over the corporation than we do. I know, I saw it in action in Germany. Businesses are supposed to augment a country not take it over.
@JackPedigo Yes, that is the point. America is one giant greedy corporation.
@Organist1 And we can thank SCOTUS for a big part of the problem. I just posted an item in the Environmental group. In the end corporations need us and we them.
