What the article fails to disclose is that this Lieutenant was allowed to resign with a full pension in lieu of a sexual harassment charge by several female officers. I know who this scumbag is. To describe him as a retired lieutenant is not fully accurate. Now an assault on a girl "under 13" as in 12 or less. He needs jail time. It's bad enough to be a former cop but a child predator as well? He won't be very popular in his new surroundings.
