LINK Catholic diocese says gay and trans people can't be baptized or receive Communion

They must refrain from sacraments until they have "repented," the diocese in Michigan says. Critics say it's another example of defiance of the pope by “culture warrior bishops” in the U.S.

I'm so glad I didn't go through becoming catholic right I decided to leave the bs behind. The last 3 4/5 years as an Atheist have been more fulfilling.

Yeah...just one more reason my son and I are Agnostic/Atheists.

I don't get the outrage about who doesn't get to participate in this hoax idea of communion. If we don't feel The Church has justification to exist then why should we feel bothered whether someone, or all groups, be given such participation? I actually do understand their position as being in line with their belief and, for me, that should be heavy proof against their belief having any rational authority. Not discrimination which stops people from participating. That part is good.

The Amerikkkan bishops are listening to the Pope's 💩 messages of tolerance and acceptance I see. All lying, fucking hypocrites.

After all, trans people are more dangerous than a nuclear weapon according to the pope.
