This concerns me, as the majority of the Supreme Court is now conservative. I don't see Justice Roberts defending Trump. It's possible that neither Alito nor Gorsuch would want to be associated with this. So, there's your majority, if they even decide to hear the case.

@Organist1 "poorly qualified" is very generous of you. I would call them "differently abled".
