Yes, it is enough to drive one mad with the irrationality of the behavior of most people engaged in the hunt... And yet, the fact that I am financially secure and comfortably retired, as well as intelligent, doesn't seem to be very impressive to most of the women in my dating pool, so I can relate to the OP's selected Dilbert strip.
