We should remind folks of the Obama Admin's efforts to create a playbook for pandemic response. The MSM no longer does this, preferring to ask the stupid question of why we hadn't prepared for COVID-19 infections, so I think those of us who want a Dem win for Congress should start circulating that Obama (and his now CoS, Ron Klain) did just that. 45 dismantled it because of spite and hatred.
