Up-date last posting, 3.40 pm and it has hit 41.2 Celsius.
Almost got myself frizzled to a crisp about 15 minutes ago when I went out and turned the garden sprinkler system on to maximum so the birds, etc, could have a chance to get a drink and a nice cool shower as well.
