It has been 5 days since I requested assistance in resolving my problem with access to my account as wordywalt. Still no response or assistance. Do you call that customer service?

@DenoPenno not true in that area, I know of at least 2 people who made Level 10 in the last 2-ish months by having us "gang up" & push them over the points needed. I think that part is automated, it certainly wasn't The Invisible Man, aka Admin
