The new silent majority: People who don't tweet
I did, but I apparently got kicked out for life. I think.
. . . maybe for only 140 years
I've uninstalled Twitter a few times now.
. . . pardon my ignorance
No doubt Twitter requires a login/password, and lots of websites offer 'apps'.
IIUC, won't a (no other installation required) Browser suffice ?
What additional benefit comes with a/any app ?
@FearlessFly I hardly ever use a pc anymore. I use my phone, smart TV or Xbox for 99% of my internet activity. So installing and uninstalling apps is a must for me.
@Tejas I'm pretty sure EVERY smartphone comes with a Browser preinstalled.
@FearlessFly I don't use the browser for anything other than Google
I'm a hardcore socialist. What's a "tweet?" A bird sound?
I do Tweet. I especially like Tweeting specific people to make suggestions, show my support for Progressive-leaning ideas (which I think of as a Worker Party), and inform them of my disappointments. I find Twitter completely useless for conversation or clarification of an outrage. YouTube's vid's are better for those purposes.
I don't/won't Tweet, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Facebook -- not a luddite, I'm a privacy 'freak'.
I consider myself Independent, left-leaning (flaming liberal).
