Does Ziegler mention the Ninth Amendment and its acknowledgment that we have more than the enumerated rights — those named in the first eight amendments?

If Ziegler doesn’t mention the Ninth, shame on her.

If we don’t make America’s ruling class acknowledge the Ninth, shame on us.
