This is something that Biden CAN do: Allow abortion clinics to set up within military facilities or Federal buildings. Better yet, make abortion provision part of the military's mission. Or, if that offends, put it under the Department of Health and Human Services.

@LucyLoohoo I don't know. I'm trying to blue sky to reduce my frustration.
@racocn8 OK...who can we ask about this? Anyone here know? I DO know military women had to fight to get abortion ''listed'' as medical treatment.
@LucyLoohoo It did occure to me that on Native "reservations", they could legally provide abortions, just like they were legally able to establish casinos, because states have jurisdiction over them.
@snytiger6 Lots of ideas....and, I'm sure, lots of people thinking about these ideas!
