I'd say it's a "Shaka Brah!" but that would be the red footed boobies and brown footed booby birds we have here on Kauai, especially around the Kilauea Lighthouse. Not sure they throw shakas where the blue footed boobies live. Here's where you can see plenty birds, especially the red footed ones!
