I don't see why everyone is so excited about Garland saying they were going after everyone and why it's assumed that includes Trump. Saying something and the manifestation of that something are two entirely different things (remember the Muller Report). I'm more prone to believe they will do an investigation and then come to the conclusion that because they don't have a sure win they can't prosecute an ex-POTUS. That's how the DOJ works. Losing would negatively affect anyone who was involved politically and probably career wise.

That's called cowardice and much more in form with DOJ practices when dealing with rich and powerful entities.
