I was in an Italian cheese bodega, way up in the Alps, having a private guided tour of the cellar, given by the owner.
Look at the date on this wheel of cheese, made with a mix of the milk of local cows and goats.

I sure hope it is a tasty cheese.

The old one is not for sale. It is privately owned.
The cheeses I purchased are deliciously tasty.
