Only to find out, it's Texas. And it's satire. 
And it is brilliant.
This could happen, though. Except for the fact law enforcement would never arrest a fetus because escalating that ordeal might just bother some white people.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.In this case I think the local authorities will use their prosecutorial discretion to let the baby off the hook. Obviously, they care WAY MORE about babies then they do about women.
