It's a terrible thing. I consider this to be a terrorist act with no justification but I blame Vladimir Putin entirely for this.

And imagine if such a mobilisation was declared in the land of the free? The queues at the US borders of men fleeing the country would be hundreds of miles long. The aircraft flying out would be overloaded.
If you think January 6th 2021 was a riot you ain't seen nothing!

Putin was not in town during this riot. He ran away to a secret friendly oligarch's castle many miles out of reach.

His mobilization caused this unwarranted and frightening attack which is his fault imo.
