I appreciate what you're saying. The truth is out there and readily available. We have schools and universities to educate. I try to persuade where I can and the respondent seems to be listening, but that is rare. I agree that non-believers SHOULD pursue outreach. The question is how?

The answer is complicated by how religion has been politicized. Atheists have been regarded as lower than Muslims by the Evangelicals. Thus, it has been very hazardous for atheists to come out of the closet. You can lose your job or be subjected to terrorism.

I don't go to such sites but nor do I shy away from my convictions in their company. When I pass them on a street, or public square, shilling for money and handing out pamphlets I tell them that I'm a Taoist and ask if they want to hear my theory. They often say no but I tell them anyway. Loudly, so others can hear it.
