Apparently they also catch on fire. I don't trust any device but I would drive one, yes. What I wouldn't do is buy one.

A friend has a car capable of auto driving, fun, but the technology isn't there yet. She only uses it in crash avoidance mode, where it's useful.

Grifters got to do what grifters do. There is no way a Tesla, current or older, can safely be self driving, it doesn't have the necessary hardware.
