Yes, that is exactly the same description of something that does not exist. I'll go you one better. It would be impossible for you to know if it existed or not because you know nothing outside of time, space, and matter.

If the Sky God exists outside of Time, Space and Matter then the Sky God has no shape, substance, or point of reference...which means "IT" would be beyond anything a mere mortal could possibly imagine...especially someone who thinks with blinders.
