I am not a talkative person but I really want to share this game widely to more people. cuphead is a shooting game that brings a lot of new experiences along with laughter to players right from the start.

Beware of the fantasy you choose and support, even our fantasies blend into our mind and alter our balance. As science seems to be discovering with pornography today.

And someone else, may take it literally, therefore you have to be careful what you dream, the dream often births the literal, therefore it is unwise to propagate nightmares even as metaphors.

Did you want to discuss the context that underpins this snippet?

Otherwise, it's an amusing metaphor placing us at the centre of the universe.

Life requires abiogenesis and evolution not fantasy.

“All right,“ said Susan. "I’m not stupid. You’re saying humans need… fantasies to make life bearable.”

REALLY? AS IF IT WAS SOME KIND OF PINK PILL? NO. HUMANS NEED FANTASY TO BE HUMAN. TO BE THE PLACE WHERE THE FALLING ANGEL MEETS THE RISING APE.

“Tooth fairies? Hogfathers? Little—”

YES. AS PRACTICE. YOU HAVE TO START OUT LEARNING TO BELIEVE THE LITTLE LIES.

“So we can believe the big ones?”

YES. JUSTICE. MERCY. DUTY. THAT SORT OF THING.

“They’re not the same at all!”

YOU THINK SO? THEN TAKE THE UNIVERSE AND GRIND IT DOWN TO THE FINEST POWDER AND SIEVE IT THROUGH THE FINEST SIEVE AND THEN SHOW ME ONE ATOM OF JUSTICE, ONE MOLECULE OF MERCY. AND YET—Death waved a hand. AND YET YOU ACT AS IF THERE IS SOME IDEAL ORDER IN THE WORLD, AS IF THERE IS SOME…SOME RIGHTNESS IN THE UNIVERSE BY WHICH IT MAY BE JUDGED.

“Yes, but people have got to believe that, or what’s the point—”

MY POINT EXACTLY.”

— Susan and Death (as the Hogfather), “Hogfather” by Terry Pratchett

Thanks. I don’t know anything about Pratchett or the greater meaning of the story. I just thought it was a nice turn of phrase. But I don’t see how it puts us at the center of the universe. It just portrays an aspect of humanness, the capacity for creative imagination, no more or less than that on display every night in our dreams. We don’t do that for no reason or to no benefit.

Highly profitable too.
How many movies would you watch or books read that are not make believe?
Strangely enough sci fi has actually become true in some cases.

Nothing wrong with a little make believe every now and then, just so long as one actively realizes the difference between reality and fiction that is.
