Finding a way out: Recovering from religious trauma syndrome

I recommend a meditation practice along with seeking out supportive lectures. Because I carefully filter Buddhist teachings for Taoist insight (such as those from Plum Village) I still find value in them. My point is simply to open one's mind to the intentions of allies and drop conflicting barriers. In this way maximum benefit is derived from both. One can't say when, or if, a max benefit will become a movement but Taoists suspect we are writing our life's story so there's hope. If all it helps is the individual then it's still revolutionary.
