that must be it. the Chinese are trying to steal our cheese dip secrets. just in time for the super bowl. so sneaky. I've not heard of a chinese cheese tradition.

but I'm not compelled to believe it's common knowledge unless I want to. I can deny my way deep into curds of happiness.

I believe the lack the digestive enzymes to process dairy & it just gives them massive diarrhea

@AnneWimsey Dairy products like milk, cheese and butter is not part of their daily diet.
