Caroline Blakiston is the Thatcher look alike she is probably best remembered as Mon Mothma the supreme leader of the rebel Alliance in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi and about the only other female with a speaking role in that film

Apparently, much of her dialog and screen time was cut from the film during editing, or she would have had a bigger part.
@Beowulfsfriend I've heard that, it is also rumoured that Carrie Fisher (or her agent) insisted on the role being cut down so as not to deflect focus from Leia.
Same thing happened on Princes of Thieves when Kevin Costner had 75% of Alan Rickman's screen time cut, so as not to draw focus from himself.
