Joking aside, if that happened on November 1st 2019, I was in the hospital at that time. I can remember that date clearly, as that was just a few months after first being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, and the second time I was hospitalized due to out of control high blood sugars.
I have another alibi though... Juniata County is a bit far from the county I live in, might want to check out flashers in the Lehigh County area. I don't have any facial hair though, lol.
These days I'm flashing women over on Wetspace, because they ask me to do so and pay for me to do so.

@TheInterlooper It's particularly frustrating when I'm in the middle of posting a reasonably lengthy comment and the site goes down temporarily. It's gotten to a point where I use a text editor for my commenting on here and IDW, and copy the comments until I know for sure they posted.
Good thing the folks who run Wetspace aren't aware of my flasher past, but sshh it's a secret though, lol. In the meantime, here's a doozy of a story that was from my neck of the woods-
