Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I am betting that it is Fox itself leaking the embarrassing videos in order to reduce the payout to Tucker in the event he tries to sue or seek arbitration when they low ball him. The C&D is nothing more than window dressing and the lawyers know it, but it will bolster their case that it wasn't them that released it.
