The cure for narcissism, sociopaths, and psychopaths

These types are all about self. They are shunned in society and they do everything possible to blend in. They are known to destroy lives if not just make them miserable. They are completely selfish and self absorbed. They are despised. They are filled with shame that never leaves them. It sounds like a miserable existence and it is.

Whatever you are, however you see yourself do you accept you need to grow? Do you accept that growth is your responsibility? Do you understand growth only happens within and not outside of yourself? If you answered yes to all of these questions then you have the answer.

You see narcissism and the like are only deeper reflections of what is wrong with all of us. They are what is wrong with you, on steroids. So the cure for them is the same.

You see it's all found within and these labels all describe the problem with us all and show us what we are to become if we continue to avoid ourselves and engorge our egos.

The cure is we must engage ourselves by ourselves daily and as much as possible. Inside yourself is where you find all the answers. You can obtain knowledge until the cows come home but if you lack the ability to intuitively feel then it's meaningless. Show me a narcissist that meditates daily and spends most of their time alone. You can't. They don't exist. You understand?
