I knew I would overcome this setback physically and emotionally. I feel happy again.
I don't think I will need the counselling now. I feel hopeful and happy about my life again. I became educated in my condition, and I feel I will be able to manage it better than I thought I would. Thank you all for your kind words and advice. I go for the HIV blood draw tomorrow at 7:30 am. It is my day off tomorrow, and I will keep my phone off in the morning. I wanted to go to the gym, but I might stay home again. I'll go when I'm completely healed up. I see now that I can still live my life to the fullest, minus ever getting a boyfriend again. I'm happier single and I've never really enjoyed sex. A life without having to make men happy with sex seems to make me smile. Besides, vibrators are so much more fun. At least you can't get pregnant from them. Lol.

Good to hear,...and ya, sex is way over rated imo, intimacy comes in so many ways, but I see your point, batteries are cheaper than all the BS you put up from guys....but then again, cuddling and hugs etc are pretty awesome. The most important thing for you, for us all, is to stay positive, felling good about yourself and life will bless you. I am glad to hear you are staying positive.
