I don't think you can have wisdom without intelligence.

Wisdom

Without knowledge you can't really have true wisdom. Knowledge is often thought as being a part of intelligence. However, there are many Psychopaths who are very intelligent. Besides, useful for what?

Intelligence help you solve problems, wisdom helps you avoid them.

I think it needs to be pointed out that without adequate intelligence, one is not going to gain wisdom. One will not attain to oracle status based on an IQ of 10. Intelligence then is the foundation of wisdom. That doesn't mean that all intelligent people attain wisdom, but it does mean that all truly wise people are at least intelligent.

I'm sorry, but this seems like asking, "what's more useful breathing or taking a dump." If you like living, they're both required.

Intelligence is wisdom practically applied to knowledge.
