I voted for safety because under Trump you do not have any safety.

Truth is in short supply also.

If we're honest then the rest will fall in place. We need to be honest with everyone including ourselves Imo.

The surprising thing here is that we have 16 votes that are not for truth and none of them seem to want to give any explanation, would be nice.

If you have truth the other three can easily be achieved.

0

none...they are all human concepts and only 'real' in our minds.

That is incorrect. The truth is the truth regardless of us knowing it.

@x0lineage0x I have a Degree in physics...the 'truth' can not be known, you can only know YOUR perception of the 'truth'. You can measure, but. measuring is not truth.

@MissaDixon
Congrats on your degree in physics.
It doesn't matter if the truth can be known, it is still the truth.

If you don't know about your death, that doesn't stop you from becoming dead.

@x0lineage0x we can measure dead...but we don't actually understand dead.

@MissaDixon
What part of dead do you not understand?
I think the state of death is pretty well defined and even a novice death detector could get a %90+ accuracy.

@x0lineage0x no it's not... and that's why we still end up with living people in the morge and dead people at home.

brain dead...maybe dead
body dead...maybe dead
'soul dead'....maybe dead

Your clinging to absolutes makes no sense.

@MissaDixon
The entirety of your last response is in error.

After you become dead, your family mourns you and your body decays, can you become non-dead?

No.

So, by "clinging to absolutes" we can clearly define death at even if a basic level.

Things like brain dead are equivalent to dead as much as having a heartless attitude is equivalent to missing your heart organ.

Try to if you can, avoid replies starting with "No it's not." or some other variant, especially if your are not going to give high quality examples of why, and how.

@x0lineage0x So how is 'death' defined? without humans.

I think if you can’t be truthful then the rest isn’t worth anything

0

They're all important, but you can't know anything without truth.

2

Truth. The rest have to be based on it, or it's all worthless.

0

The truth is unsafe to those who abuse it.

Whats your point?

That's true of many, if not all things

2

If you don't have truth, it's hard to have anything else, with the exception of feelings and even that is questionable.

1

Without knowing the truth, you easily put your hope, feelings, and safety in the wrong hands.

2

Truth. The rest rely on it.

Very good! Welcome friend.
