She was well aware that it was likely going to be a problem and decided not to call the store. She seems pretty dumbed down.

She wrote an explanation in the "other" box...but either A) no one read it or B) some idiot doesn't understand graduation honors. Any twit with half a brain has heard of Summa Cum Laude and Magna Cum Laude.
@SkotlandSkye So which one means "censored"? your A or B? The entire thing is being intentionally framed to be inflammatory. The message box has 3 hyphens in it. The portion of the form in the picture doesn't clearly explain what the person is supposed to do. This goes back to an important lesson that people should teach their kids, "Pedestrians have the right of way, but if a car doesn't look like it's going to stop, don't cross the street." Her due diligence in this situation required a phone call.
