Lol. It's science people come on. Don't let your pre conceived notions make you ignorant to the facts please.

This really reads like it was written by the high fructose corn syrup lobby. Saccarine is more addictive than cocaine? Fuck that. Ever tried both?
Sugar doesn't cause cavities, the secretion of the bacteria that breaks down sugar causes cavities. ITS THE SAME THING!!!!

This says sugar isn't addictive, but at times that I've curbed my intake of candy and such, it was obvious that my cravings went way down. And the opposite was also glaringly true, along with definite energy spikes and dips !

I disagree with half of these assertions, perhaps sponsored by the sugar companies.

My kids never ate sugar growing up, as they were home schooled, and I used cane molasses or fructose to sweeten things, but when well-meaning relatives slipped them sugary junk food snacks, they went beserk..bouncing off the walls, getting into screaming fits, getting drippy noses, etc.

My diabetic dad's blood sugar stayed normal when he ate natural, whole food, but when he used sugar, it shot straight up.

Whenever I ate something with white sugar, I got dizzy afterward, then weak, as in pre-diabetes, so I avoided it.
