BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder)

I can't find a group for people with BPD. Am I the only one?

There is a group for mental health support, would that help? [agnostic.com]

Since I do not know what that is, my thought is that we may besurrounded by CBDs and just not realize it.

No you are not alone. I was thinking about starting one unless you wanted to and I would join. I begin DBT in July and want to be able to discuss things with someone that gets my kind of crazy.

I would join yours. I don't think that I can make one yet.

@Sporktime I made a group for us but cannot figure out how to share it. It is just BPD though.

Probably not..the rest are likely taking cannabis oil, CBD oil, or prescription drugs to cope.

Or, all of the above lol

BPD is associated with impulsive antisocial behavior. Are you sure you haven't been misdiagnosed?

I haven't been diagnosed. That's part of my problem. I have most of the traits, yet I can't see a therapist that is non-religious to get proper treatment.

Religious people tend to trigger me.

@Sporktime Religion aside, you might have a problem finding a therapist who isn't more disturbed than you are. And there is no benefit I know of to receiving such a diagnosis, unless it is disability payments. I had an argument with my sister, a psychiatric social worker, about 40 years ago, and she attempted to win the argument by alleging that I had a borderline personality disorder. I am by nature a very forgiving person, so I do still talk to my sister.

The bottom line is if you behave normally you are normal. Take responsibility for your behavior, stay out of jails and mental hospitals, and you are normal like the rest of us. You might just need to make an extra effort to master your strong emotions. Stoicism, [dailystoic.com] meditation, physical exercise, and immersion in hard work all may help. I like TMG (tri-methyl-glycine) for depression and kava kava for anxiety. I wish you good luck.
