LINK Video shows Richmond police using Taser, then shooting Marcus-David Peters - The Washington Post

Wearily posting the latest police shooting of a unarmed black dude. This guy was totally naked, had just been involved in a car accident, so there were ALL KINDS OF REASONS NOT TO SHOOT HIM! (Besides the usual ones, I mean.) But true to form, the police office drew his gun, fired, and killed him.

Something is wrong with the type of police that are being hired. There needs to be a better test to determine their mind set in matters like these.
