Not the cat so much, but the title reminds me of our now departed Punkin cat. She was feral to begin with, a tortoiseshell, and a VERY good bird hunter. She could literally disappear on a completely bare mowed yard when she was in hunt mode. When she was pregnant, she must have eaten a couple hundred birds. My wife felt bad about that, because she liked birds, so we put the bird feeder up way off the ground, and Punkin would jump about 6 or 8 feet in the air to catch birds.
