What a beauty. I try to only adopt black animals. They seem to be the ones left behind in shelters. What a lucky pair! Enjoy.

Three of us have blacks. I am very drawn to their elegance and beauty.

@Moolah,@Zster, good on you. A couple years ago a study was done on why black animals aren't adopted at the rate of others.
Answer seemed to be they don't photograph as well and often appear menacing. Especially dogs.

@freeofgod I often wondered why. Thanks. Of course we all disagree. Just look at Alistair.
