We have seen that people can be a source of virus to pets, but replication or clinical disease are far from being a given. As a cat owner, I am glad for that.

We already knew this but I don't like to spread the information. It doesn't take much for a population to get hysterical and do crazy things, like going around slaughtering cats en masse. How many million mink were executed several months ago?
