OMG, there is no end to the degradation that the military has sunk to. This isn't surprising considering the recruitment base, but it's terribly sad to have it affirmed.

Without the draft, the Army has to accept volunteers who are usually low IQ adolescent idiots trying to avoid a jail sentence.
